Privacy
How your information is used when you visit this website or contact us.
Who to contact
Italic Digital was founded by Mazoni Angada, Route du Pérosé 5, 1907 Saxon. If you have a question about our work or how your information is used, contact Mazoni Angada at contact@italic.digital.
Sending a message
When you select “Send message”, your name, email address, message and any option you selected go to the website’s server, then to Italic Digital’s Hostinger mailbox. We use this information to respond to your enquiry. Hostinger stores the message in the receiving mailbox and keeps a copy in the Sent folder.
The website does not keep the information you enter in a separate enquiries database. To help prevent abuse and duplicate messages, it stores a submission ID, cryptographic hashes of the message and email address, the submission status and timestamps. Your email address is not stored as plain text in this database. These records are used for 24 hours and deleted the next time a request is made after that period.
A “Message sent” confirmation means Hostinger has accepted the message for sending. If we can’t confirm the result, the website won’t send it again automatically.
Your draft is not saved for later. Leaving or reloading the page may erase it. We use your email address to reply to you.
How we handle your enquiry
Messages you send to contact@italic.digital arrive in Italic Digital’s business mailbox, provided by Hostinger. We use your name, email address and message to understand your enquiry and respond. Please avoid including sensitive information in your first message.
Browsing and hosting
Fonts, images and videos are hosted with the website. We do not run advertising tools in the website application. Hostinger hosts the website and processes the technical information needed to deliver and protect it. Hostinger also provides the business email service.
Analytics, with your permission
If you agree, Google Analytics helps us understand which pages people visit, when they click through to contact us and when a message has been accepted for sending. An accepted message does not mean it has been read or that the visitor has become a customer.
Google Analytics loads only after you accept it. You can refuse and still use the website and contact form. We do not send names, email addresses, message content or contact submission IDs to Analytics. The page addresses sent by the website exclude query parameters and fragments.
After you accept, Google processes technical information and cookie identifiers to produce statistics. Advertising personalisation and Google Signals are disabled. Analytics cookies and your saved choice last for up to 180 days. User and event data retention is set to two months; this limit does not apply to aggregated statistical reports.
You can accept, refuse or withdraw your permission at any time through “Analytics preferences” at the bottom of every page. Your choice is saved in your browser. Withdrawing stops new measurement and removes Analytics cookies the website can access; it does not automatically delete data already sent to Google.
